Tim Gashi is a native New Yorker and has been in the restaurant industry for nearly a decade, having helped launch popular neighborhood restaurants such as Prespa and Zana. He has devoted his life to developing standards of service and hospitality, specifically in the areas of Italian & Mediterranean food and wine, by working under the direction of industry pioneers, such as, Pino Luongo of world-renowned Centolire, and Tony May of SD26.

Valentino has been immersed in the field of hospitality management from a young age as a result of the close work associated with his family's investments. When his father, Martino Gjekaj, opened up Arte Ristorante in September of 1990, Valentino unknowingly began his career in the restaurant industry.

This new dry aged burger spot is definitely a winner. Excellent staff, reasonably priced food, and great bar upstairs. Get any burger or make your own  with some sides and enjoy the laid back ambiance and chilled out soundtrack. I went there with some friend who are obsessed with burgers and got the stamp of approval from all of us. Also has one of the friendliest bouncers ever.

This is a hole-in-the-wall place you DO NOT want to miss. The place is casual, but not sloppy. Everyone working here is super friendly.

Awesome place! All the food was great! The Tater Totchos with short rib were a must! Seriously to die for. The shake was also incredible.

The burgers were very good- the bacon jam sounded interesting but I'd pass on it next time- didn't really work with the burger in my opinion. Now the milkshake ! Wow ! Over the top- a piece of artwork !
